A quiet home office with a desk under a window, dark green walls and an empty chair

When it fits, it changes everything.

Business ownership isn't for everyone. My job is to help you figure out which one you are. Sometimes the answer is yes, and it changes everything. Sometimes it's not the right path, or not the right season, and knowing that has real value too.

Two minutes. No cost, no pitch, no obligation.

THE HONEST PART

The people who move forward do it knowing exactly why.

For the people it fits, owning a business can be the best career decision they ever make. It isn't for everyone, and a good process should help you find out which one you are. I've had people go through this whole thing, decide it isn't for them, and thank me for it. Those conversations are some of the most useful ones I have, and those candidates refer others to me because they loved the process.

Either way, you'll come out the other side knowing something you didn't know before. About the model, and about yourself.

WHY ME

I've actually done this.

Most people who help others look at franchises have studied franchising. I've owned it. Three different brands, three different business models, three very different sets of circumstances.

I've signed franchise agreements.

I've rebuilt a business when most of its revenue disappeared due to covid or other unforeseen circumstances, and I've sold when the time was right.

When I tell you what to expect, it isn't always from a training manual.

HOW IT WORKS

A real process, start to finish.

Six steps, and you can stop at any of them.

Ever wondered what if?

That question doesn't go away on its own. Two minutes on the readiness check, or half an hour on the phone, and you'll know a lot more than you do now.
